Bob, I wanted to thank you and Christ for the time you put into getting my Honda Accord squared away Monday night. It was after 11pm by the time the issue with my car’s window switch got figured out, which Chris got very creative in troubleshooting. Most places would have just gotten the window up and told me to come back another time, or claimed it wasn’t their responsibility and tried to charge me for the extra work. I love the way the HID kit looks, Dave buttoned it down nicely and kept all the wires out of the way. It looks super professional.
I can’t say enough good things about having a guy like Chris working for you, his customer service & interpersonal skills are the best I’ve gotten in any service industry, ever. I’ve known him for over 5 years, I’m glad I followed him to All-Guard. We’ve become friends over the years, I feel like. He’s lent me his car for this install & the ones a few months ago in my Acura TSX (which by the way is a great system, simple & reliable. Very pleased with it.) Who does that? That way I wasn’t stuck down there all day, I was able to take care of other things while you guys were handling my car.
All your guys do high-quality work for better prices than I’ve ever paid before. Seems like every aftermarket stereo or alarm place I’ve taken my cars to previously have always had issues, work that had to redone, etc. And the interior of my car would come back with scratches, holes in the seats from tools, wires & tape on the floor, yada yada. It was unprofessional and I was never really satisfied. Now I am!
I appreciate that Chris only sells me what he thinks I need & fits my vehicles, not what is the most expensive thing in your shop or that makes the most commission. It’s obviously to me now why you have the foot traffic in there that you do, between word of mouth & the quality of your work & how you stand behind it. My cars go nowhere else form now on, I will certainly pass your name to anyone who’s looking for and aftermarket install. I appreciate everything.
