I normally don’t write reviews or give feedback, but must give credit when due. Can’t say enough about Bob and his team at All-Guard. Bob is a guy that really pours his heart and soul into his mom and pop auto business. Working 12-16 hour days, Bob has been in the store every time I came in for service. He has always took the time to personally explain exactly what they did to our vehicles, how it works and make sure we were satisfied. These guys really do care about there customers and work hard to get stuff right. I have taken 5 of our vehicles to him and every time I’ve experience great service. He stands behind his products and installation. I did have one radio malfunction and without question Bob replaced it with a brand new unit the same day. I tell friends and family that this is the only place to go for sound systems and remote starters, period! Bob and his guys make stuff work. Bob has always been upfront and honest with me. If he thinks that a particular product your interested isn’t right or recommend for your vehicle, he will tell you straight up. Everything we’ve had done by them has always been exceptional and flawless work. Our cars were always returned cleaned and in order, couldn’t even tell anyone had even been the car. I would recommend Bob and his guys at All-Guard.

I take the time to write you this communication to express my appreciate for commitment in standing behind “your” products and services and workmanship. I was really moved on the morning of February 16, 2012 at approximately 9:50am give or take a few minutes. On the morning of February 16, I came to All Guard Auto Alarms because my alarm control lock inside of my car was sticking. My alarm key was difficult to pull out of the alarm control unit/module after engaging and turning on the alarm syste.m. I had “no” appointment for February 16 and you did not turn me away! I just drove in to All Guard after dropping off a friend at Midway Airport.

I have a Pontiac 1994 Grand Prix, Red. Back in 1995 I had a “key” controlled auto alarm system installed in my car by All Guard Auto Alarms. You did a great job in your installation. I am, and was “then: and “still” is now completely satisfied with your workmanship. Few times in the past you have performed periodic adjustments/repairs to my alarm system more times than not without charge. Now that to me “is” standing behind your product, standing behind your services, and standing behind your workmanship. When I purchase a “new” car I will not hesitate to come back to All Guard Auto Alarms to have an alarm system installed in my new car by All Guard. To continue on February 16 you squired/spared a few sprays of WD-40 in to the “key” hole which made my alarm key go in and out of the alarm unit’s keyhole more freely and better. Occasionally the alarm key does hesitate coming out of the alarm unit’s keyhole, so I may have to return for a few “more” sprays of WD-40. I don’t want to squirt/spray the keyhole with WD-40 myself because I may spray too much into the keyhole. So I’ll just let the professionals do it. You are more and better prepared and experience to spray the correct amount into the alarm control keyhole than I am. I thanked you then and I say “thank you” again! Sincerely.

Hey, I just wanted to let you all know that I had picked up my car earlier today and it looks great. You all did a fantastic job. I would also like to thank you, Bob, for going out of your way to ensure the safety of my vehicles. That was very honorable and I truly appreciate it. In addition to the window tinting, you all fixed the issue with the proximity sensor falsely triggering, which I’m happy about. My only problem now is that the sensor does not trigger at all, I can stand with my body against the driver’s window of my car for awhile and the system will not trigger. I probably should have mentioned that sooner, but I would like the system to trigger when it detects a field of disturbance within 2-3 feet of the car. I’ve appreciated you all being patient with me to get the issues with my system resolved, as “I assume that my vehicle has been more troublesome than others. I plan on making another appointment in the coming weeks to hopefully get this resolved, finally. I hope to see you all soon.

Hi Chris & Bob, I wanted to take time to let you know how happy I am with the alarm/entry system and Bluetooth radio you installed for me last month. I have had time to play with all the radio features and am very pleased with how it works seamlessly with my iPhone. Knowing that I can use the phone handsfree is a safety feature that allows me to speak while driving. I also have access to my many playlists and streaming radio apps. The new alarm system makes my happy since I don’t have to fiddle with keys to get into my car particulary since the weather continues to be as miserable as it has been. One click and the doors open and the lights come on. I will happily recommend your company to any friends and family who are looking for either replacement systems or the chance to add these features to their vehicles. Hello, This past winter I was having problems with my car battery and viper alarm system. I brought my car in and everyone in the store was very helpful. After you figured out the problem with my system and battery, I decided to purchase the Viper Smart Start module and it was installed later that week. I was very happy with the service and professionalism of your store. Whenver I hear someone talking about and alarm or remote start system, I tell them about the great service at All Guard. My friend has a 2012 Mercedes C300. She mentioned that she has been shopping around for a remote starter for her car. Are you able to estimate what the cost would be to install a remote start in her car? She did not need anything with too many features. She likes my smart start system but she is concerned that would cost too much. Thank you.

Bob, I wanted to thank you and Christ for the time you put into getting my Honda Accord squared away Monday night. It was after 11pm by the time the issue with my car’s window switch got figured out, which Chris got very creative in troubleshooting. Most places would have just gotten the window up and told me to come back another time, or claimed it wasn’t their responsibility and tried to charge me for the extra work. I love the way the HID kit looks, Dave buttoned it down nicely and kept all the wires out of the way. It looks super professional.

I can’t say enough good things about having a guy like Chris working for you, his customer service & interpersonal skills are the best I’ve gotten in any service industry, ever. I’ve known him for over 5 years, I’m glad I followed him to All-Guard. We’ve become friends over the years, I feel like. He’s lent me his car for this install & the ones a few months ago in my Acura TSX (which by the way is a great system, simple & reliable. Very pleased with it.) Who does that? That way I wasn’t stuck down there all day, I was able to take care of other things while you guys were handling my car.

All your guys do high-quality work for better prices than I’ve ever paid before. Seems like every aftermarket stereo or alarm place I’ve taken my cars to previously have always had issues, work that had to redone, etc. And the interior of my car would come back with scratches, holes in the seats from tools, wires & tape on the floor, yada yada. It was unprofessional and I was never really satisfied. Now I am!

I appreciate that Chris only sells me what he thinks I need & fits my vehicles, not what is the most expensive thing in your shop or that makes the most commission. It’s obviously to me now why you have the foot traffic in there that you do, between word of mouth & the quality of your work & how you stand behind it. My cars go nowhere else form now on, I will certainly pass your name to anyone who’s looking for and aftermarket install. I appreciate everything.

Bob, Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service. As you know, the first stereo you put in my car didn’t work well with my Samsung Galaxy S3. You did all the legwork and research to find the right fit for the features I wanted and for working with both my phone model and my iPod. You made sure I was happy with the result, and I am! I LOVE the new stereo…it’s integrated via Bluetooth with Pandora on my phone, and I can even talk on the integrated phone with the convertible top down up to 40MPH. Awesome! I forgot to ask when I was there Tuesday about my power fold mirror button. It isn’t illuminated and very difficult to find in the dark. I would like to thank you and all the employees from the front counter to the installers in the back. I have been a customer of All Guard Alarms since the day my father introduced me to you in 1978. I had bought a brand new Buick LeSabre in 1978, my baby had to have the best alarm installed to ensure that the vehicle stayed in the family.

I have had numerous vehicles in my lifetime and All Guard Alarms have been the best business to deal with in regards to them not only doing a professional installation but they make sure they do not leave a mark on the vehicle other than their window sticker LOL. Since the 1978 LeSabre I have had four other vehicles with alarms installed by All Guard with no returns for any problems with the installation and or product you chose to install.

On one occasion I bought a used vehicle for work with about 57,000 miles on it. I did not think I would have the vehicle more than a few years so this was my first vehicle I did not have an alarm installed on. Sure enough it got stolen, my mistake. The police found the vehicle later that evening with four car thieves in it. Thank God they did no harm to anyone other than me.

Well, I learned from my mistake. The next vehicle I purchased went right to All Guard Auto Alarms and had an alarm and a remote starter installed. I will not own another vehicle without either. Recently I had to call All Guard to let them know that the remote starter did not seem to be working even though it was only nine months ago that the system was installed. To no fault of the installation of the system a fuse was blown.

The reason this letter is being written is because when my alarm failed it happened to be during the busiest time that All Guard endures at Christmas time. They were backed up till February with installations but they found time to look at my car and fix it at no charge while I waited. Thank you Bob and Sandy who got me in.
